Description
In the year 2808, three criminals are offered a stark choice: spend the rest of their lives aboard a maximum-security orbital prison, or return to Earth as agents of the Cyber Police. Parole violations will be rare as each criminal is fitted with a booby-trapped, high-explosive collar which operates on a 24-hour timer. If ever a check-in is missed, the consequences would be gruesome. This is from the Discotek BD since the UK one was an upscale.
I included the PGS subs for anyone who wants them but they wouldn't OCR correctly so I defaulted the mottoj subs again.

Version 2 of the bluray is here if anyone wants. This first version, the original director was not happy with the quality (understandable why),
so he oversaw a second bluray remaster in 2022, and the quality is miles better. https://nyaa.si/view/1556706
@TheUnKnowN I took down the old one since it was from the UK BD which was an upscale.I should have probably called this a v2 but I forgot. I'll update the body.
