The subs are much worse than the main series has been for some reason. I would recommend waiting for fixed subs if you're here for those (note there is no raw up for this yet, so anyone looking for that would pretty much have to come here, too).

Fanfixed subs are a thing that happens literally constantly. Where have you been? Heck, beyond that, this very series is being actively fansubbed.
And ignoring all of that: BluRay release.

Oh, the TL isn't THAT bad by itself. It's the editing and timing and the like that make it almost unwatchable. The subbing was clearly much lazier and more rushed than normal.

The subs are fine. There are a couple tables that have their lines flipped, which is admittedly weird, but I can't say I've noticed any timing issues. The translation seemed decent too, nothing was extraordinarily off, nor was I met with glaringly broken English every dialogue (or any, really). If somebody is interested in watching this OVA, the subs included here are no good reason not to do so.

That being said, there is a better reason not to watch it yet: the follow-up to this episode is expected to come out 2 months from now, and this episode ends on a "cliffhanger". It's a single side-story arc split into two. So for those who tolerate that kinda crap badly, holding off is probably a better choice.
