Ginga Tetsudou No Yoru - Fantasy Railroad In The Stars Ova, is adapted from the 1985 Night on the Galactic Railroad anime. It a commentary of the travels of Giovanni and Campanella on the railroad. There is a big difference between this one and the original. There are NO visualized characters here. Only the train's movement as it passes through scenes in the Milky Way Galaxy and the commentary as it moves along the river. It is very much an art film with gorgeous animation and artwork. The commentary adds a reflective mystical effect. This is definitely a great watch and well worth it if you are looking to wind down for 48 minutes of your time.
