It's the same source (amazon webrip) filtered differently. Mostly the webrip looks a lot better than DVDs, but there's also a lot less noise. Beatrice is pretty close to the webrip, while I've tried to get closer to the DVD noise level (as I think it's closer to the intended 'look').
