Audio: Amazon rip. 224 kbps E-AC3.
Subtitles: Includes both Crunchyroll and edited DameDesuYo subtitles.
Crunchyroll subs have DDY's OP/ED, TS, and dialogue styling. The midcards have the same translations as before, but with DDY styling.
Chapters are taken from DDY with some tweaks by me.

@HachiRokuNiSanKyu B-Global is AAC-LC while Amazon is E-AC3. Different codecs = different efficiencies
