If possible don't make "393-414" episodes please, the problem is that most programs cannot recognize episodes that span multiple seasons.
As the episode 393 is part of season 17 and the episode 414 part of season 19, while this "393-414" episode doesn't include anything from season 18 (which are fillers, so good job here) but it merged both episodes 393 and 414 which makes it impossible to fix.

@Clemsi: I'm not familiar with the Dragon Ball Recut, but yes, this is a cut down filler-free version:

You should have called this amazing project Naruto Kai, Naruto Fan-Kai or Naruto Recut.

And what about the subtitles ?
Are they perfectly timed ?

It'd have been nice if you encoded the Prelude to Naruto Shippuuden sequence at beginning of 1st episode separately, cropping the letterbox black bars into widescreen.
