It is a playlist, which you can use to (binge-)watch this series without having to manually open the videos in the correct order: main episodes and audio dramas alternating, picture drama at the end. Just put it into the same directory as OP's releases of this series, open it with mpv and enjoy.
"Pro" tip: Set your music player to open .m3u files by default (add to queue), mpv for .m3u8, your manga reader for .cb(r/z) and 7-Zip for .rar/.zip.
