Rather have just a english sub with japanese audio track. Less of a waste of space & don't have to deal with the incompetence many people bring when they upload Netflix rips. That being often setting the default english subtitles to the english audio closed captions.

The multi-audio makes the size 3x bigger. Too much waste of size. Not everyone have unlimited internet.
Better if you make non-jap audio files separate. People can always use MKVToolNix to merge the audio

I like to know how many people in this site watch this on Thai dub ??! Probably less than people who have shitty internet with limited GB per month (There is still some 3rd world countries that have shit internet).
To be fair they don't have any problem with anybody remuxing their release as they wish. I am surprised no one has come to fill the gap by some groups that released exactly what is being asked for. But wait i'm not exactly surprised since no one has unlimited everything.
Just download, mux it yourself guys and share, it's not too hard. ;)

Having the dubs independent in a subfolder will be great. The main video should be only JPN audio. Most media players can load external audio tracks nowadays.
That way, people with limited bandwidth or measured per day GBs can download your release and, also, it will still be good for people with good bandwidth and no metered connection.
There's this old saying called "patience is a virtue". Just wait for the inevitable different upload if you don't want to download 20 gb or can't due to data/speed.
