@NanDesuKa, thanks for the uploads and it's nice that you make chapters, normally though if you do them in one episode the following ones will have it too. And, really, please when you name titles, state audio language to avoid confusion. With multiple uploads of same episode in different encoding, you have similar names but not mentioning, this upload is Japanese audio, and that upload with almost the same name is English Dub.
Formatting of the title is usually similar to this [Sub Group] Title, Season if applicable, Episode [BD/DVD/Web, Resolution, Video/Audio Codec and if needed things like other than English subs, audio etc.
Just an example:

1. Anime Orient with Japanese Audio, if you don't mention language, it is assumed that it has only Japanese soundtrack
2. Anime Orient with English Audio, if you mention "Eng Dub" it is assumed that it has only English soundtrack
3. Anime Orient with English Dub Audio and Japanese Audio, if you mention "Dual Audio" it is assumed that it's English and Japanese audio

@decimer Right now if you see a name like Orient - 10 - ENG 1080p WEB x264 -NanDesuKa (CR).mkv you can assume that it's a dub in whatever language abbreviation is mentioned, for the Japanese/original audio, Orient - 10 - 1080p WEB x264 -NanDesuKa (CR).mkv would have been used. However, in the next few weeks this will be changing along with the new updates we look to bring, and we will be adding XYZ Dub to the torrent title (you can check the complete announcement on Discord/Matrix if you're there).

As for the chapters, it depends on what we're given to work with, if the streaming service does provide chapters we will definitely use them, But if they don't, there isn't really much we can do.
