This project isn't dead yet, however some staff are experiencing burnout, which is the cause for these delays. The project will be finished, and BDs are also planned, but no ETA.
Episode 08 is probably the strongest single episode thus far, and the official script was riddled with issues and errors. For those of you interested, this episode also features some rather japanese-specific foreshadowing through names and imagery that people overseas may not be as familiar with: The Yamabiko page of Wikipedia might be interesting to you—especially with respect to another character you'll see turn up. Perhaps you'll catch onto the twist, and if not, feel free to revisit the page after the episode's done and take some time to ponder. :)

EDIT: Seems Merge Scripts killed the line wrapping, v2 subtitles here. Just paste these into the same folder as the episode, your player should automatically play these back proper.
