Edited version of the SubsPlease subs for /a/, to put them more in line with the fan-translation of the manga.
Changes include
-rearranging names to eastern name order
-adding honorifics
-Tanjiro->Tanjirou
-changing technique names to line up with /a/ scans, Breath of X, etc
-entertainment district -> red light district
-other miscellaneous changes to the dialogue
