Notes: Dual Audio mux featuring [Kawaiika-Raws] 1080p BD encode , English audio from [CBT] and subtitles from [CBT] with an accompanying signs and songs subtitle track. Resampled subs to 1080p, retimed subs, retimed signs, fixed scene bleeds , snapped lines to keyframes. Added subs to NC. Probably will v2 if good subs become available or if any improvements are made.

@Neverexists PPb uses bad encode and they didn't do any modifications to subs.
@sohail0098 What do you mean by bad encode? It looks better to me than this one. As in Sharper and clearer. I'll check it again.
I literally wrote in the description of PPb that it's been trumped, just grab this one.

Does anybody know where I can find the TRUE Elfen Lied which is at 4:3 full screen ratio? Hate when they turn originally full screen to widescreen.
