I seen just a bit of this copy floating around online. Feb 16th the Japanese DVD/Blu-Ray comes out. I think I can wait.
My Hero Academia movies tend to come out a week earlier on Amazon Rental JP - so maybe that'll happen with this one as well.
If I see it I will grab it but i am sure someone will beat me to it
