Not to pile on, but isn't Akebi her family name? Surely the correct locaiisation would be "Komichi's Sailor Uniform", or perhaps "Miss Akebi's Sailor Uniform". Or even "Ms. Akebi's Sailor Uniform" because her marital status is irrelevant or something. I don't know which one is more correct to you localisers.

Furthermore, "removing honorifics” IS a major edit.

I would suggest disabling mbtree for your encode settings as that will help increase quality. not sure what is being done in terms of filtering here, but I would also denoise a bit more and try to clean up the edges better
