1250ms subtitle delay seems to roughly fix it. It may not be perfect at some parts, but it's far more readable for me than before.

Found on their website comments: Those with SubtitleEdit can change the framerate of the subs from 23.976 to 23.945 and it seems to be good. Seems to work better than using a fixed delay for the entire episode since the subs at the start seem fine

they desync after the line "Did you know who Ninym and I really were back at the academy?" AT "Of course, I did." <-- LINE
the subs fire off too early by approx 43-45 milliseconds, adjusting all lines from that line to the end by +43-45ms seems to fix it for me..

Sadly some of us cant use "SubtitleEdit" to adjust fps since they never made a mac version, I can only use Aegisub.
