  • ffmpeg used to mux in audio tracks without re-encoding.
  • Meticulously shifted audio for each of the three tracks, correcting de-syncs (each episode had different sync issues).

Do you have access to the BD? can you check if the BD included cc subtitles for the Japanese/English audio? if so I wouldn't mind translating this, otherwise it would be a pain in the ass having to time everything from scratch, something I'm not willing to do.
