Description

Encode: Yabai-Raws
Japanese Audio: FLAC
Subtitles: Kulot99

Notes: I was underwhelmed by the official translation. The sentence structuring, choice of words, and grammar are awkward at times.

Therefore, I heavily edited the script. Also styled, re-timed, made better line breaks, and fixed all subtitle scene bleeds that I noticed.

They used different naming orders concurrently. (ex. Jigen Daisuke and Fujiko Mine). I went with the Eastern naming order.
They used Lupin the 3rd (I changed it to the now commonly used Third).

This is one of my favorite Lupin specials. Let me know if there are any errors.

v2 Notes: Put it through the wringer again. Many more edits to the script and refined timing.

I always appreciate it when someone puts in the effort to finetune a corrected version even further. Well done, Kulot!
Will you also work your magic on (some of) the specials from 2003-2008? The only versions of them here on Nyaa suffer from the same poor sentence structuring, grammar choice and typesetting as the initial translation for First Contact.

@NAmills Thanks. Good to know.

@mpgrey Appreciate the kind words. I have no plans for any other specials at the moment.
