Changed the way the "difficulties/tiers" are named to the way they are in the official Light Novel translation. If this is correct or not I do not know as I don't speak Japanese. Though as a Light Novel reader I much prefer this. Added OP/ED lyrics wherever they were missing.

Notes

All my Blu-ray releases are made from Japanese BDMV's, unless stated otherwise.
The idea of my releases is to keep things as close to the BDMV as possible (so no AA, blur, denoise, etc) while reducing the size to several times smaller.
