Added ED Lyrics

Changed the way the "difficulties/tiers" are named to the way they are in the official Light Novel translation. If this is correct or not I do not know as I don't speak Japanese. Though as a Light Novel reader I much prefer this. Added OP/ED lyrics wherever they were missing.

This is my own encode, if you prefer to use these subs with a different encode you may download them here.

Notes

Season 1 - Part 2 with Amazon video and updated subs soontm.

All my Blu-ray releases are made from Japanese BDMV's, unless stated otherwise.
The idea of my releases is to keep things as close to the BDMV as possible (so no AA, blur, denoise, etc) while reducing the size to several times smaller.

If you find any issues feel free to leave a comment and I will re-encode if necessary!

Enjoy!
