  • Removed the Kanji From OP/ED as it's a bit distracting for English viewers
  • trimmed the logo's (did this last so let me know if this caused any sub sync issues)

You could have left the kanji in the OP/ED, not that distracting. Subtitle sync seems ok after trimming, I tried doing it for the first episode and failed miserably, I'll wait for your batch. Happy holidays!
