This release uses [Commie] BD subs which are improved compared to [Commie] tv subs which were used in other releases. Fixed few signs timings and chapters are taken from [Commie] since [sergey_krs] didn't include them.

i actually have a decent computer now (ryzen 5 3600, 32gb of ram). though my upload speed is still shit which doesn't help.

it actually is bloated with 4 reference frames and 4 bframes. i don't know the exact percentage 16/16 would save compared to that, but i wouldn't be surprised if it was like 10-20% of the filesize. aq-mode 1 for anime is also pretty cringe. i also don't understand why they used subme 9? potato computer? there's basically no reason to not use 10 or 11.
