Changes in v2:

• fixed the titles
• created chapters (S1 and specials)
• patched subtitle issues of season 2
• replaced script's with actual working versions
• encoded season 1, season 2, extras, movie and tokyo revelations to 10bit (from source)
• encoded the english audio tracks to OPUS, instead of AAC (also applies to jpn tracks of every special)
• refined english audio sync on season 1 and 2 (This was accomplished by mkv-delays = remuxing may remove the delay)

General information (v1):

• added english audio track (retimed)
• added english subtitles (retimed; S&S when possible)
• improved subtitle appearance (+font)
• encoded the video track to HEVC (libx265, crf 20-27)
