Could you merge the signs and the dialogue subs? I watch animes w Japanese audio only, but i still can't read kanji. Upload the subs only, i have the raw videos . Thx.

and can not understand or read Jap

You do realize that all languages are dubs right?
That's what the Subtitles track is... just like in any typical Dual Audio track release.
Prefer Dub, watch Dub w/ Signs. Prefer Sub, watch JP w/ Subs. The options are there.
