How is the translation quality of this one compared to izfanmade's?

@saltyandwet in my experience CrimsonSubs are a bit better than izfanmade.

@D44 Only episode 1 and 2 are translated by Kurina the rest is from izfanmade, the same files an in the torrent here on nyaa.

Disappointing season, almost all of it is basically a filler. It only gets interesting at the last couple of episodes when it continues the story and of course ends on another cliffhanger...

I was thinking of just reading the novel instead of constantly waiting for the donghua, but I just checked and it's 2300+ chapters and it's still ongoing. :D

@D44, the novel had FINISHED quite some time ago at 3133 chapter [the official translation is still ongoing, but the MTL ones had finished]. The novel one is actually the best (considering u have a bit of imagination), then the webcomic ones, the last is the Donghua ones. I dunno, but the the animation quality of this one is always lackluster, below Quan Zhi Gao Shou [The King’s Avatar], or Xian Wang de Richang Shenghuo [The Daily Life of the Immortal King], making many people disappointed & moved on to read the novel, like me

@exiagundam00 It seems the translation is still ongoing. It's up to 3064 chapters at the time of writing this. I guess I'll have to wait some more, I can't stand MTL.

@exiagundam00 if what you say is true then the official translation on Webnovel stopped 6 chapters short (at 3127) over 7 months ago, I know novel translators that can do 25 chapters/week, so why is 6 chapters taking 7+ months ? unless it actually finished, but Webnovel doesn't mention vital info like that, but others like readnovelful say it's ongoing (at 3127), so that's confusing.

So I see season 7 has started, but I see season 6 nowhere?

@JoeGP as someone who used to proof-read for translators at Webnovel, a lot of the translations now have shifted to big companies basically machine-translating it and then having a human do a pass over that. The quality has gone generally down as a result and context isn't often taken into account on translations. You also see a lot more gender-flipping than you used too. As well as getting something fixed that's wrong is just a nightmare. Same for stuff skipped.
