Hurricanes delays only push the show back a week or two. This was probably production issues.

It was delayed, most likely, due to the company that had the rights to air／broadcast it not realizing exactly what they had the rights to until the last minute and upon realizing it, decided to drop it. At least, that’s what I’ve heard on the matter.
