Why do people use PCM, anyway? There is literally no benefit and a quick google search shows you that. It's not rocket science...
@interruptor standard bluray audio formats like PCM and DTS often have much better compatibility with proper stereo receivers and home theater systems than flac
they also have better compatibility with srt subs but i don't see anyone using them
what setup would be bothered by flac or aac or ape or whatever else you'd want to use nowadays
