it is better than the japanese bd. i didn't bother comparing with the US bd since the bitrate is quite a bit lower.

What exactly is hybrid? As far as I know, hybrid means when swapping video scenes from different video sources.

pretty sure every release has the misplaced frame tbh. even dynit didn’t fix it.

I would suggest you to wait actually, no good subs are available rn. All the other fansubs are just a modification of official subs nothing more than that. I did watch this movie a year ago but didn't get shit untill I googled the whole plot for 2 hours. Your best bet would be to wait for commie as they haven't dropped it yet but also keep in mind it isn't even started(last time I asked) yet.
