Eclatax's encode was terrible.
It not only, for some reason, killed a lot of frames (especially obvious when compared frame-by-frame against G_P in high-motion scenes), it was also encoded into an incorrect A:R, which he latter corrected simply by adding a display-res flag, except the damage was already done.
