(I'm expecting a few tbh) I originally made this 3 months back when the S3 BDMV first came out, so I kinda forgot if anything else needed to be fixed (I've been waiting for the S3 dub audio.) I did a full rewatch on it, so I can confirm that the Japanese audio/video don't have any errors, but I forgot if the subtitles needed any more tweaks.

If you notice that you have missing fonts, please check that you are on version MPC-HC version 1.8.5+ or LAVFilters version 0.74+

V2: Yeah, 5 episodes being completely missing is a great start... Glad I noticed it before more people finished downloading it.

@Komplex: Only OVA 2 seems to be OK but the rest of the episodes have fonts missing (Dialogue, Signs and Songs)
You might want to look into this...

Can someone else check? Everything seems fine on my end.

EDIT: I torrented episode 1 to myself (lol) and checked in my Windows VM just to make sure I had no preinstalled fonts conflicting with my tests. Everything seems fine to me. https://imgur.com/a/nYzhbv0 so IDK what's happening on your end.

Odd. I'll try to mux the fonts myself and see what happens. I'll report back later.

Explanation:
The fonts added in your version are tagged the wrong way as font/ttf
It should be application/x-truetype-font

The unchecked fonts are yours, the checked ones are those I added. When I remux this the fonts are showing correctly

Did you recently update your program for remuxing? That might be the cause of this. Something similar with fonts happened a few weeks ago with another release by someone here...

I don't know what player you guys are using but MPC-HC can be quite harsh on these kind of things while other players seems to correct these...

Hmm... I guess it must cause issues with certain types of media players? I personally use MPV, and it's the sole recommendation from basically every fansubber. Not only that, but I do keep my mkvtoolnix/merge up to date, so maybe something has changed in the last few versions. I did find this though.

Yeah, MKVTN on version 59 seems to cause an issue with the older versions of MPC-HC. Try the forked version that keeps it more updated

Unfortunate I can't upgrade to a newer version due to excotic hardware on the sound part. I guess I have to re-remux them to get it right for personal use...

Copy these from 74.1 zip folder into the mpc-hc lavfilters folder (tho I'm using a portable version, so it might be different.) Make a backup of your old ones, because I have no idea if it holds configs.) It will also make it easier to go back if you should still have issues.

Sorry, that didn't work. No video was being shown after doing this. I guess I may need to replace the complete machine when time is ready. Thanks tho.
