Why don't you use a direct rip from CR? There are a lot of downloaders based on ffmpeg. You're using a re-encode of ER or SP which are providing a rip of the stream providers. So you're doing a re-re-reencode. I'm just concerned to get a re-encode from something where the source is already compressed like hell (I know, ER is not always the fact). But It's always good to reduce the chain of encodes and re-encodes to be near to the source as possible.

EraiRaws or SubsPlease provide clean rips, they never encode video or audio. At max they can edit the subs style.
