What’s the source for the ED out of interest?

I believe it's just a pan of the stitched background

@Weebly9 The source is the 24fps NCED, actually. First I did proper filtering, but after encoding I realised that it was very jittery. Thankfully, since it's just one large pan, I was able to stitch it all together. I made sure this was done with the filtered clip to avoid the upscaling from causing temporal issues itself (since it always does that, but usually they're not super noticeable unless you know what to look out for). I then used a panning function to crop the image by X amount of pixels every frame at 60 frames per second. Finally, I just patched that into the episode and spent another 3 days on and off writing down all the credits (which was honestly the most annoying part). This is one of the very few cases where I think increasing the framerate actually helps rather than hurts, although I must admit that it took me a bit to get used to just how bloody smooth it was now haha. I'm considering decreasing it to 30 at some point, since a couple of people have reported lag spikes with it in the episode (which is a mix of it being 60fps and the subs having some kind of caching issue that has already been reported to the libass team).

Hopefully! Finding a replacement TLC who's up to snuff has been proven to be difficult, but once we find someone, we'll be sure to finish it up.

I'm going to be working on it over the next few days, using the official subs as a sanity-check for a couple of lines and updating the encodes and whatnot while I'm at it.

Sure am, just got a bunch of other stuff on my plate (mainly uni), so have little time to fansub (which is part of why Tenken is also delayed currently). Once things let up a little, I'll be free to fansub more!
