[Metal] Kurau Phantom Memory (DVD x264 768x576 AC3)

Encode from [km] which is absolutely better than anything else out there.
I added chapters, and completely overhauled [Forge]'s subtitles as they were full of OCR issues.
Timing was re-done from scratch as I went line-by-line making the timing more comfortable to read, and adjusting for scene bleeds.
Translation was improved in a few lines that were obviously incorrect, and some minor typesetting changes were made as well.

The fixed OCR issues were things like "Night" being incorrectly changed to "Right", "How I" to "Howl", "Regel"s name being changed to "Hegel". I even noticed mis-placed lines EP 1 alone had: "Rynax live in pairs" before you even know what a Rynax is, instead of "I'll look forward to it". And a missing line "These are words". These issues were only possible to pick up from actually watching the show, so it took longer than expected.

Grab this unless you need the horrific dub, in which case, go for [Arigatou].
