Notes:
For the first episode, I got the audio tracks from iAHD and modified CTR's chapters to work with the additional "credits".
I also added the OP styling to the credits of the first episode as well so it wasn't just blank credits for 90 seconds.
The NCOP and NCED have added subtitles by me and I converted iAHD's TrueHD audio files to FLAC 16-bit for the first episode as well.
