I'll tell you this much. A re-encode of this would look better than a fresh encode of the USA BD.
Besides, it looks as good as if not better than anything else available in this size segment.

Lately, I've been uploading under Komplex, because I haven't had a reason to make re-encodes. Most shows I've done there requires me to encode from a BD source or find a decently sized raw. I'll still do re-encodes when I need to though, considering they still look good. (as you can see)
