the timing of these subs are just bad,
each of these last no longer than half a second:

there is probably more.. these subs need to be re-timed..

It's like that in the official sub as well.
All in all it seems like funimation did a real poor job on this one (or whatever company they subcontracted to do the work)

There's parts that reach a whopping 80 cps... and quite a few duplicate lines with broken timings...
