In case someone who doesn't know, this is getting a S2 so I thought now is a good time to redo my previous release, which replaces FFF subs with Commie which has better script. I retimed the subs from scratch because the subs were made on TV cap so a simple shift will not cut it. TS is from my previous version which used Commie and FFF as base but now with few tweaks. I also restyled the OP since it was for TV and wasn't that great(Not that mine is either but should be better I hope). Video is Beatrice-Raws and English Audio is from ShadyCrab.
I highly recommended you use mpv player

@Yukino Datte13 isn't resampled so that is a bad start and he didn't retime the subs correctly. Scenebleeds are all over place and keyframe snaps are not consistent. You can check the comp I did here https://slow.pics/c/I42ds6Ev so I doubt he fixed any issues related to TV subs like commercials and premeture snapping to keyframe even if audio went beyond keyframe which Commie TV missed. As I said in description a simple shift will not cut it. So I gave the script a proper scratch retime and fixed any TS issues.
