Probably. But until then I don't see any value in release hopping. Though I don't see any value in watching 1 or 2 episodes then waiting months for another 1 or 2.
Even a week is too much for me so I generally wait with new releases until we are about 2 months (8 episodes) in the current season and then check out what to watch.

I did not watch season 4 yet because I don't know if the subs are good. Mushin says that he uses google translate
