This looks like the AT-X version to me? Streaming sites get more leniency because it's not publicly broadcast unlike AT-X and Streaming sites.

I remember when the Horriblesubs team started the translation the video quality was really bad I was downloaded zero raw watch episode twice once raw once sub after I evolved I Extract the translation file the old good days!!

This is getting confusing. There is only 1 version it's the same on AT-X, crunchyroll, Muse Asia Youtube Channel and those chinese streaming websites.
