He thinks you are a re-encoder. Urotsuki is an encoder.

I just thought if he uses Urotsuki's encode that would be nice, cuz it's much better.

Urotsuki encode has the same ugly frame blending as every known encode. This should be kept interlaced 480i or 59.94 fps.
