Appreciate that you moved the sub up a bit, I would've move it tiny bit more up but I'll manage with what I've got :)

I've also seen few grammar mistakes here and there but I didn't listed them up,
May I suggest that you either divided the subs or color each line to a different color when two charas speaks at the same time so we could get who say what (up to you though)?

Cheers! Also I don't think there is any reason to have "SUB ENG" in the filename/ title since its already listed under english-translated on Nyaa. Adding CRC to the filename would also be a nice touch. Thanks for the episode and working on the series!
