specials don't have english audio. i kept the commentary audio tracks that were in the henshin release.

Why not use ToishY's subtitles since they were edited Tsundere with other changes / improvements?

What do you consider delocalized in a bad way? The base script is still Tsundere but has various small improvements like changing occurrences of “Ritchan” to “Ricchan” and I believe taking better TS/TL parts from other groups. If you are referring to honorifics, Tsundere's base script has it too (Sensei/-chan/etc).
