Only 2 uncensored version as far as I'm aware. A partial uncensored one and the fully uncensored one. The one you will see posted here from the AT-X source is the fully uncensored version.

There was the censored one (Normal TV Broadcast), "Redo" version which was partially censored (HiDive) and then the "Complete Recovery" which is fully uncensored.
