This is a lot more taxing than my previous encode of Nichijou so I'd only recommend using this on hardware that supports AVX2 (Haswell/Zen1 & newer, Not Pentium / Celeron)

Unfortunately grain synthesis on Tigerlake is currently broken, so I'd recommend turning off hardware decoding.

Despite the large reduction in bitrate this release uses more optimised settings so there is only a minor degradation in video quality (as tested by VMAF, about -2 in mean compared to previous release, all episodes maintain a mean > 95).

While yes this is somewhat of a V2 I do not feel like it is a definitive replacement for my other release due to the ommission of content and the issues with decoding, I don't currently experience any framedrops but I've seen my 3600 spike up to 40% usage while playing.
