I think the concern should be the subtitles really Fansub vs machine translators (Central Anime) subbed this a long time ago. Its still possible to get the subs for it. 540p is fine as long as the picture is clear. Even on 85" screen as long as the encoding was done properly (not 10bit / HEVC) the picture should still look good. Not perfect or great but good.
