I myself had a bd-rip for this anime and planned to remux it but...
As time passed I completely forgot about it.

So kudos to you for making a remux for this anime!

PS: I would also add the [Remux] tag to the torrent title if I were you.

This is not a BDRemux tho, OP just muxed Nep's subs with Yurasyk encode so there's no need to add a Remux tag

Do you have any plans on doing the Director's Cut rewrite specials? I believe the subs were OCRed and styled with fonts by AnimeRG, which can be found in this release.

@herkz didn't know I did only dual audio releases (⊙＿⊙'), in all seriousness I need the aegisub practice even though the 720p release is completely fine for the show
@Mabby once I actually watch death note and finish it I'll probably go and mux that but it may be some time until then.
@Arcus_Deer didn't even catch that there were TL notes in the subs, if there isn't a lot of them I'll go make a patch for it (guess I should have done a little more QC)

why 720p instead of 1080p?

Most likely: the anime studio produced it at 720p and then poorly upscaled it to 1080p. Undoing the 720->1080p scale (this is not a simple resize from 1080p to 720p, rather it uses thicc-math to hit the undo button) was probably the best option available at the time and looked better than leaving it poorly scaled at 1080p

@LastBreeze I compared it to the SEV's Italian BD Sourced Release: I think ITA BD has better colors tho what you said makes thinking, since SEV's encode isn't downscaled to 720p, I'm not sure which one is a better release.. Any ideas?
