The resolution seems to suggest that Naoki-Raws' encode didn't have black borders. Those black borders must be your player playing it at original aspect ratio with black borders.

@sameer this is the untoched version which means straight from dvd no changes at all i have kept it at the original aspect ratio 4:3

Technically this isn't straight from DVD, this is a re-encode of a DVDRip. What you mean by untouched is untouched aspect ratio of your source encode, untouched straight from DVD means different thing. When you say "black borders just like the original release" you are suggesting that the original release ie Naoki-Raws’ encode had black borders. This implication is wrong is what i meant there since the black borders that you see is done by your media player. Leaving aside this techno-talk good share. :)

i use TOR personally, it's not a VPN. but if ever i need to use VPN i use either ProtonVPN or Windscribe or TunnelBear. all three are good VPN providers, I don't know which to recommend, try and see which you like :)

@sameer but vpn makes my internet really slow i have 12mb unlimited i get 1.5mbs when downloading which means when i use vpn i get 200kbs so is there any other way without vpn

man you are quite impatient lol. so thats why you asked for VPN. i thought there was other reason. well it's not a huge size so if you let it be it will finish eventually. for without VPN if your ISP gives you dynamic IP then you can force change it when you hit mega quota then continue downloading.
