Description
Note : V2 concerns the forcing of the Aspect:ratio in 16/9 which outputs the video in 853*480 in the video player.
(Video: HVC1 848x480 (853:480) 23.976fps [V: Enco by GundamGuy (hevc main 10 L3.0, yuv420p10le, 848x480) [default]])
Most DVDs use two definitions: 720 x 576 in PAL (Europe, some Asian countries, etc.) and 720 x 480 in NTSC (USA, Japan, etc.). If you do a simple calculation, it is neither 4:3 nor 16:9. In fact, in both cases DVDs use rectangular pixels and a flag in the video file indicates the correct video format (16:9 or 4:3, therefore). The majority of DVDs use this flag to encode the image, with several possible cases.
On NTSC DVDs that contain a 4:3 image: the image in 720 x 480 is reduced in width to 640 x 480. NTSC DVDs with 16:9 image: the image is enlarged. It changes from 853 x 480 to NTSC.
And if you're not happy, you don't download. Kisses
