A near-fatal traffic accident sends 19 year-old Kasuga Kyousuke spinning three years forward in time, where his future self is missing and presumed dead. Thanks, this looks much better than the R1 DVD, and it's probably the best English-subbed version of this movie we'll get until it finally gets an HD remaster.

@KOD @DoktorWeiss It looks likes City Hunter S3 & '91 were just released on BD 2021-01-27 so once someone shares the raws I will do an encode. I'll even do a few samples to see if there is any benefit to re-doing S1. Although I've been without power for the week so encodes are low priority for the immediate future. .

I would remaster this one to 1080, but atm I don't have the hardware for it.

Need more GPU power (like RTX3080) and better CPU. I'm still using 2600K.
