@Mabby >Datte13 is no longer active due to IRL problems and a good encoder will work on Evangelion 3.333 when the BD comes out

@Trython Oh, that's a bit unfortunate to hear. Hopefully everything turns out alright for Datte13.

I thought Datte13's release was just taking Beatrice-Raws' recent encode, slapping the English audio and THORA modified subs from Coalgirls' release, then restyling the main dialogue font to Gandhi-Sans. I guess I didn't hear about the re-release with updated visuals!

On December 23, 2020, the film was announced for a limited run in Japanese theaters beginning January 8, 2021 under the title Evangelion: 3.333 You Can (Not) Redo. This version of the film contains a variety of updated visuals meant to better align it with Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time.

This is a full 2K version of Evangelion 3.0 that apparently includes numerous small changes to the lighting and coloring of various scenes, and some alteration of the plugsuit colors for Asuka and Mari. So far, there is no word on actual new content, or the presence of restored deleted scenes.
