So this is another Blu-ray release and unfortunately it is the same fake HD quality AI up-scaled from SD master and oversharpened. Really strange why this iconic anime not being re-scanned and remastered at real HD quality same as all other films and cartoons.

I know its been two years @neirotransformer but if you do come back to read this flcl was made digitally not on film and as such it can't be re-scanned because the masters are digital 480p.
